What unique selling points do you offer?
24x7 UK support for complex, fully managed solutions, usually integrating complex areas of hosting, business applications, SIP voice services, and a security wrapper to keep it all tucked up at night!
Describe the services you offer?
Managed hosting, datacentre services, firewall and VPN services, and applications on top of that including Microsoft Exchange and OCS, fully integrated as a hosted Unified Comms integrated into our SIP voice network.
Describe your target market?
Our clients are typically SME, Corporate and Public Sector organisations that despite having highly skilled IT teams internally, look to bring in the efficiency of supporting a 24x7 network or application environment through managed hosting.
Customers would rarely work with Lumison for hosting a simple website. The client base that gets most value from Lumison will seek to outsource IT "hygiene factors", or bring in additional skills to manage complex hosting or HyperV in the datacentre.
How is your company planning for the future?
We own and manage our own datacentres in London and Scotland, and continue to build out managed services from our own facilities in a carbon and cost efficient way. Continued investment in additional capacity as well as product development to bring additional applications into our Private Virtual Cloud model are our key goals for the future.
