Quantix is one of the UK’s leading IT Managed Services and Solutions providers, specialising in the fields of Application and Database Management, IT Security and Server Infrastructure.
Our Enterprise level Cloud offering is to provision a private cloud network for customers, which is a slice of our infrastructure across multiple datac entres. Customers can then build out this network with virtual servers, storage, security & connectivity options. We then offer a fully managed service on this infrastructure from the hypervisor level up to the business application (E-business Suite, Exchange etc..)

Our Managed Service client base totals over 250 and our portfolio ranges from fully outsourced fully hosted applications through to “On-Demand” support and software consultancy.

We provide fully managed services from our cloud in the following key areas:
- Business Continuity (Replication of customers servers to our Cloud; www.cloud-dr.com)
- Oracloud (Our range of Oracle Cloud Services)
- ExchangeCloud (Fully Managed Exchange Server, with AD sync)
- SecureConnect (Managed SSL VPN Service)
- Tailored Cloud Services (a bespoke build out of our cloud to support your project and applications)

Our sweet spot would be companies between 100 and 5,000 users.
How is your company planning for the future?
Quantix are backed by private equity and have grown circa 25-30% year on year. We invest heavily in our experienced and loyal workforce as this breeds innovation and an ambition to keep the company moving forwards. The next main milestone is to provide expandability of our UK cloud with access to 16 worldwide data centres.

How do you support your customers?
Each customer is provided with primary and secondary Account and Technical Managers to ensure continunity of service. We operate our service desk on a 24x7x365 basis, which is backed up by providing our customers with access to advanced monitoring tools.
