We have been delivering hosting solutions for 10 years and have achieved certification against BS7799 Information Security, ISO9001 Quality Management standards, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management standards. Located on the central south coast of England, in our own dedicated dual server room facility and with a disaster recovery facility just 20 minutes away, we provide highly resilient technical solutions to Central Government, Local Government, world-class Member Associations and web application development organizations.
We do not sell rackspace or allow anyone else to resell our service. We do not use call centres as we find them so frustrating when they add delay and confusion at a time when you need care and understanding.
We own all our infrastructure, including the concrete and steel walls that go to make up our subterranean hosting facility. We control who enters our building and how the IP providers deliver connectivity over steel protected routes. Our support engineers are on site and you will have a direct line to them for when you need help.
