DataFort provides managed services with a focus on security for the SMB market in the UK. We have developed a range of services, wherever possible fixing the price so the customer knows precisely what the fees will be in advance. Starting with our Bytebaq Fixed Price Backup Service through to our flagship service Hi-5, our customers benefit from 10 years of experience providing services in this challenging market.
What unique selling points do you offer?

--High Availability Services with recovery from full server failure within 2 hours instead of the days or weeks server recovery used to take

Bytebaq - Fixed price backup for PCs or laptops.
Hi-5 Suite - We structure a solution designed for the security needs of your company depending on the RPO (Recovery Point Objective) and RTO (Recovery Time Objective) needed for each server, so that your business will not be impacted if you suffer a failure or disruptive event.
DataFort Cold Storage is a low cost service to securely remove old data from your primary systems and store it to guard against any future need.
Describe your target market?
We serve a range of customers from sole traders and home users (Bytebaq Fixed Price Backup Service) through to mid sized companies (Hi-5) We also offer cost efficient solutions for companies that need archive recovery for compliance. This includes FSA regulated companies, legal firms or architectural and building companies.
How is your company planning for the future?
We are constantly developing new services to meet the needs of our customers. In the next 6 months we will be releasing a number of fixed price services based on our Hi-5 technology and fine tuned for different corporate departmental applications. From a service thatt will recover financial data to any point in the past year, to a service designed specificially for the needs of HR departmeents, DataFort will meet the demands of the UK business market.

How do you support your customers?
(Hi-5) Through education, customized reporting and proactive management of their accounts. We encourage DR testing and provide support so that our services become the lynchpin of an effective DR policy. We also offer base line reporting at the onset of a service relationship to support the introduction of a true Data Lifecycle Management Service.
