What unique selling points do you offer?
Whilst some hosting companies offer unbranded, cheaper server equipment, VI insist on only using best of breed in hardware. Whilst this may cost the customer a little more than choosing a cheap and cheerful server, it ensures a much higher level of service continuity. Our flexibility, and focus on delivering high availability hosting for websites and applications where hardware and network up time are critical & through our state of the art Data centres and exceptional hardware partners deliver a service that is second to none, exceeding customer expectations on every occasion.

At VI we provide IT hosting solutions. This is a diverse range of hosting solutions that include Managed and Dedicated Servers, Business continuity hosting, Virtualised and Cloud based hosting platforms, Application hosting, Internet Security, business email, storage and backup. Our customers rely on VI to keep their business online 24 hours a day.

• Advanced SLA - Supplied with all managed servers & offers a reactive engineers 24/7, for maintenance, patching, troubleshooting and server work requests on your behalf.
• Proactive SLA - Offers a more fully managed and intensive service with a Proactive dedicated team of engineers 24/7 working proactively and anticipating on behalf of the customer.
• Custom SLA - A Fully managed support contract, designed by the customer to their specific requirements.
