Servelogic Plc supplies its products and services through direct channels via the internet or through channel partners such as Value Added Resellers (VARS), Virtual Internet Service Providers (VISPS), Comms Dealers (Phone system suppliers) and Voice Resellers.

What unique selling points do you offer?
Our tight integration and support for Microsoft Hosted applications - we provide: Hosted Exchange, Blackberry Enterprise Service Hosted Sharepoint, Hosted Live Communication Server, Windows hosting and Hosted Dynamics CRM - all controlled through our Unity control panel. Some companies offer one or two services, we offer the full range all using one control panel.

How is your company planning for the future?
Our 5 year strategy is to dramatically increase our UK customer base whilst further improving the quality of our customer support. Our goal is to become the best known SaaS hosting brand in the UK well inside 5 years.

We do not have 1st line support - only fully qualified support (2nd and 3rd line) who answer the phone, and solve the customers' queries promptly.
